Mariucci Arena Classic Information

The Mariucci Classic is coming up at the beginging of January and Gopher fans everywhere are getting excited!!

There's nothing better than Gopher hockey!

The Mariucci Classic is an annual men's college ice hockey tournament hosted by the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tournament is contested by the Minnesota Golden Gophers and three visiting teams. This year the teams include Colgate, Ferris State, Minnesota, and Rensselaer. We have tickets for Friday, January 3rd (games start at 7 pm) and tickets for Saturday, January 4th (games starting at TBD). The Mariucci Classic always brings out the best in teams and we can't wait for this years.

Well, well, well, Mariucci Arena readers, I didn't think I would have any hockey news for you for a while. BUT I DO! The Gophers 2013-2014 hockey schedule is already out! I couldn't be more excited to see the competition and dates for next season, and I know you couldn't be either. We will have some ticket selection for you very soon, as always. We always try to find the best selection with reasonable prices for our favorite Gopher fans! 

That being said, there will be some great match ups including a six-game home stand at Mariucci Arena with Minnesota State (Nov. 15-16), Minnesota-Duluth (Nov. 22-23) and Wisconsin (Nov. 29-30). Keep checking back to the Mariucci Arena Blog to get your tickets as soon as possible!

The WHCA playoffs are at Mariucci
